The hotel has a great rooftop bar that provides fantastic views and a comfortable ambiance for relaxation. However, the cleanliness of the rooms did not meet expectations, as I encountered issues with dirty bedding that had not been properly addressed. While the staff was friendly, my experience with service was mixed, as I received a rather dismissive attitude during a crucial moment. Overall, the location is quite convenient for attractions, but the room issues detracted from the overall value.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, especially facing the Arch. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with hair in the shower and trash around the hotel. The amenities were decent, but there were some operational issues with the gym equipment and pool that were disappointing. Overall, while there are some highlights, especially the rooftop bar, it feels like improvements are needed in various areas, particularly given the price we paid.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but it ended up being quite disappointing. The rooms were in dire need of a thorough cleaning, especially when I found dirt and bugs in the bathroom.
